除了欣赏音乐，品尝美食也是诺丁山狂欢节不可缺少的部分。每年这个时候，组委会都会提前发出通知，让有意提供饮食的摊主们早早报名，多多预备食品。摊主们提供的食品主要是加勒比风味的烤鸡和咖喱羊肉等等。诺丁山各条街道边上都炊烟滚滚，香味四溢。据不完全统计，仅狂欢节前两天，就卖出了5吨鸡腿。
